It covers music from mainstream new wave artists such as Psychedelic Furs, Echo and the Bunnymen, Orchestral Manouevers In The Dark, A Flock Of Seagulls, Depeche Mode, New Order, U2 and the rare underground types such as Cactus World News, The Alarm, XTC, The Ramones, Gang of Four and Violent Femmes.
It’s a dynamic mix of music that is rarely heard on FM radio so it has become both educational for young listeners (Most alternative rock music of today are influenced by these band’s music) and entertainingly nostalgic for the Yuppie crowd.
